Group Description: All womxn-identified folks are welcome!

Duration is six weeks, requiring weekly participation (exception of any observed holidays). One session is accepted to be missed due to illness/emergency/other reasons. Otherwise, the expectation is all sessions will be at the expense of members.

It is an intimate group with a six-person maximum. Clients explore issues related to identifying the numerous roles they hold in their identity as a womxn. This includes being a working professional, an adult child, a sibling, a friend, a partner, a leader, and the list goes on.

Goals are to deepen an awareness of emotions, increase worthiness, and enhance interpersonal relationships. The focus is on building a kinship and community where all identities of being a womxn are welcome. The objective will be that each member ends the six weeks of group feeling greatly supported in the group and see consistently positive change occurring in their lives as a result of the group process.

The group offers a combination of psycho-education, support, and interpersonal process (interaction).

Each group will be organic and unique. We will be focusing on self-compassion, vulnerability, resilience, building healthy relationships, self-care and strengthening inner worthiness and trust in oneself and others.

Group Members:

  • Closed group for 6 (max) adult womxn (ages 25+) who are experiencing and struggling with perfectionism, impostor syndrome, worthiness, guilt, loneliness, and shame.
  • New Members can join in the new cycle of the six-weeks duration of the group.
  • We will keep a wait list for anyone who is interested.
